We called to schedule a test drive and scheduled and appointment for an hour later. When we got there, neither the car nor the person who we had been in touch with until just a few minutes before, were available. Some other employee who seemed in a very bad mood “welcomed” us and offered more expensive cars for us to look at. Overall, an unpleasant experience and a waste of time.

Didn't make a deal the 1st visit. I was really surprised at the fees included but Haddy & Aj got back with me & we worked it out. The car was not fully detailed as promised. Things could've been different to make the sale go smoothly.

Test drove this vehicle. Made an offer with my trade in and salesman came back got a copy of my driver's license and had me sign and initial deal we made and shook hands. He left room for 20 mins and came back in to advise the vehicle price was now $18,400 even though it was listed here for $17,265. His supervisor saw what he did and never spoke up or apologized for wasting my 3 trips to the dealership to make this deal.

BUYERS BEWARE!! Advertised price is not the sale price. Dealership will attempt to add on thousands of dollars of fees on used cars. Went in to purchase a vehicle advertised on several websites including cargurus for $39000. Salesman told me after dealer fees etc, the actual price was over $46000!!! BUYERS BEWARE! RIDICULOUS HIDDEN FEES!!

Requested photos numerous times, plenty of email from dealer employees, no photos or information provided, almost as if the truck only exists online

Unethical sales tactics. Reduced price by $5300 for the internet, added $5100 in fees on site. That $5100 does not include taxes or license fees, just dealer prep and a few oil changes.

I contacted the dealer before arriving to find out what fixed fees to expect with the purchase of a used car. They provided me with the fees, but when it came time to sign the paperwork on a car that I wanted, they included more than $2000 of additional fees. I did not purchase the car. I continued watching the car to see if it would drop in price, but it eventually sold. They called me several days after it sold to ask me to come in and look at it again.

Very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Initially price listed at $7,998.00 and is why I contacted. Then the price was quoted $9,998.00. As I noticed price raised by $2,000.00 I told them in an email and they continued to push the sales tactics. No longer interested.

They were very friendly. I didn't end up buying the car but I will definitely keep them in mind the next time I'm needing a car

The Salesman, Mike Bullard, was great....very helpful and not pushy at all. He let me decide if I wanted the Jeep instead of telling me I should get it. It was a good deal I and came home with it two days later.

Salesperson asked if all parties were at the table to make a decision. We were but dealer side wasn't. Kept wqlki g away to get manager approval even after I told him his low ball differ first my car was offensive. After I left, he emailed an offer $2000 higher. Too late. Dealer says no haggle on his cars but doesn't negotiate fairly when it crimes to your car.

Dealer responded promptly however I was not interested in a purchase at the time.

Received a reply the next day, however they refer to the wrong vehicle I was interested in. As some of the comments in CarGurus the advertised priced was not the price given to me.I could do much better at my local dealer. If you are nor out of state like me you might get a better deal walking into their dealership.

The above auto was sold but we were offered another auto which met our needs there and the sale went smoothly and was completed from start to finish in under two hours. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The price was very reasonable and they gave good valve for my trade. We would use this dealer again.
