Used 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for Sale nearTrenton, NJ

How much does the 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter cost?

Prices have held steady compared to this time last year, signaling a stable and predictable market for this model year.

There are 212 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter a good car?

Yes — 5/5 is a strong user rating for the 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. It stands out because it blends full-size van utility with a level of refinement and configurability that few rivals can match, and it can serve roles ranging from delivery work and shuttle duty to cargo hauling and camper conversions. The cabin also adds everyday usability with MBUX infotainment, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, and a broad set of connectivity features, while the car-like refinement, well-shaped seats, and low road noise make it easier to live with than a bare-bones work van. 26.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter’s strengths are its versatility, modern cabin equipment, and polished driving feel, but it also requires more maintenance than some alternatives and can become expensive to own because of its premium positioning and added complexity. The overview also points to mixed early indications on long-term reliability, including software glitches and sensor issues. For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is manageable only if you pay close attention to maintenance records and overall condition.

What should I look for when buying a used 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 83.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then focus on a thorough pre-purchase inspection so you can catch signs of prior damage, deferred maintenance, or electronic issues. Because this model can be more complex than some rivals, condition matters more than mileage alone. Pay close attention to how the van drives, how the cabin electronics behave, and whether the maintenance history supports the asking price.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 26.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 212 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 83.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $36,740, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter's resale value?

The current average of $40,054 sits slightly below last year's $40,087.

That small decline suggests the market has been stable rather than volatile, which is generally helpful if you plan to resell later. A steady price pattern can make it easier to estimate future value, especially when the model year continues to attract buyers who want a highly configurable van with strong capability. The current pricing also suggests that well-kept examples should remain competitive if they are presented with strong maintenance records and clean history.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 26.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 83.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2021 is a strong choice if you want the Sprinter’s refined cabin, broad configurability, and stable pricing in a year with solid deal availability. If you are especially price-sensitive, a nearby year may be worth considering, but the 2021 gives you a balanced mix of market stability and buyer appeal.
