Used 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class for Sale nearPortland, OR

How much does the 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class cost?

Prices have softened 9.48% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,335 listings available, which gives you a solid pool to compare prices and equipment.

Is the 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong shopper satisfaction with this model year.

The 2021 C-Class stands out as a compact luxury sedan that emphasizes upscale presentation, strong performance, and a cabin that feels borrowed from a larger Mercedes. It also brings a longer wheelbase for better interior space, solid rear legroom, and a feature set that includes a large touchscreen, a digital instrument display, ambient lighting, and wireless smartphone integration.

For you, that means this is a good fit if you want a premium badge, modern tech, and a refined driving experience in a relatively compact package. 36.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are still worthwhile opportunities in the market.

Is the 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2021 C-Class is described as a well-equipped safety and tech package, with standard blind-spot monitoring, a head-up display, and automatic emergency braking. It also has a strong safety reputation, with top safety recognition every year it has been on sale.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that Mercedes complexity can translate into higher maintenance and repair costs if the car has been neglected.

What should I look for when buying a used 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class?

At 73.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report to confirm accident records, title status, and service history. Then prioritize a thorough pre-purchase inspection, especially on electronics, infotainment behavior, and any signs of wear that could point to deferred maintenance. Focus on overall condition and documentation, because a premium car like this can be expensive to sort out after the sale.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class?

This is a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting deep bargain-bin pricing.

• Deal availability: 36.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,335 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.48% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 73.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $25,978, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class's resale value?

The current average of $25,978 sits slightly below last year's $28,699.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy more confidently now but may also limit short-term upside if you plan to resell soon. If you keep the car in strong condition and maintain it well, you can help protect value against further depreciation. The premium badge and broad appeal still support demand, especially among shoppers looking for a compact luxury sedan.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 36.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 73.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.48% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $30,315, the 2022 costs more than the current year's $25,978 average.
• The redesign brings a more premium S-Class-inspired look and feel.

The bottom line: If you want the better value, the 2021 is the stronger buy because it combines a lower average price with solid shopper satisfaction and a meaningful number of deal listings. If you care more about the newer redesign and are willing to pay more, the 2022 is the better path. For price-sensitive buyers, the 2021 is the one to target first.
