At this time, full specifications aren’t yet available for the Limited Edition variant. Standard features for all Civic Type Rs include 20-inch alloy wheels, automatic LED headlights, a 7-inch infotainment display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, a 540-watt audio system with 12 speakers and a subwoofer, dual-zone automatic climate control, navigation, an aluminum shift knob, an Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel, and a performance data logger. There are no options apart from exterior color. Like all Hondas, the Civic Type R comes with the Honda Sensing suite of safety technologies. That gets you forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and road-departure mitigation. The non-performance Civic Hatchback was evaluated in 2020 by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), where it earned a Top Safety Pick designation. The Civic Type R is the pinnacle of Honda’s performance engineering, and it's a formidable car. The upcoming Limited Edition variant should take that a step further.
