Used 2021 GMC Terrain for Sale near San Jose, CA
The 2021 GMC Terrain is in its last year before a refresh. Revisions are essentially nil for this model year.
The Terrain is offered in four trim levels: SL, SLE, SLT, and Denali.
The Terrain SL is available in a front-wheel drive configuration only. Other trims also come standard with front-wheel drive, but buyers can opt for all-wheel drive on the SLE, SLT, and Denali trim levels for $1,600.
All Terrain trim levels are powered by the same engine: a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that puts out 170 horsepower. All Terrain trim levels are equipped with a nine-speed automatic transmission. The Denali features a unique suspension with Enhanced Shock Control. EPA fuel economy estimates are 26 mpg city and 30 highway for the front-wheel drive versions, and 25 city/28 highway for the all-wheel drive trims.
The Terrain SL and SLE have a 7-inch color touchscreen infotainment system with six speakers, Bluetooth, and wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The SLT moves up to an 8-inch color touchscreen. The Denali tops out with the 8-inch color touchscreen with Navigation as standard equipment. Navigation is optional on both the SLE and SLT trims.
All of the Terrain trims have a 4G LTE hotspot available.
All Terrain trims are equipped with a host of advanced safety equipment, including automatic emergency braking, following distance indicator, forward-collision alert, front-pedestrian braking, hill descent control, Intellibeam automatic headlamps, and lane-keep assist with lane-departure warning. Adaptive cruise control is optional on all Terrain trim levels.
Optional on the SLE and SLT and standard on the Denali, look for lane change alert with side blind zone warning and rear cross traffic alert. Front and rear park assist is exclusive to the Denali, for which it is standard. Adaptive cruise control is optional on the SLE, SLT, and Denali, and not available on the SL. Automatic parking assist and high-definition surround view camera are both optional on the Denali, the only trim for which these two safety items are available.
Inside, the SL and SLE both feature seats with cloth upholstery. The SLT and Denali both have perforated leather seating surfaces, with heated front seats standard on the SLT and Denali and optional on the SLE. The Denali also offers the option of heated AND cooled front seats, along with heated outboard seats for the second row. The steering wheel is leather-wrapped on all Terrain trims, while the SLT and Denali add a heating element to the steering wheel as a standard feature. Remote start is standard on the SLT and Denali, and optional on the SLE.
The 2021 GMC Terrain starts at $25,000 for the base SL trim. The SLE starts at $29,595, the SLT at $32,395, and the top Denali trim starts at $35,900.

(8 reviews)I love the Terrain! It drives great and has a smoothest ride. It also is good on gas.
It had everything and more in the features that I was looking for. I think it was a good value for all that it offered.
Very nice interior. Excellent options. We went with a black on black model but would have purchased this one if the other had not been available.
I absolutely adore my Terrain! I love everything about it. Not too big, not too small. Zero complaints. If I did have to make a suggestion I would say blind spot protection, and maybe a bigger screen that shows your speed but not deal breakers and simply just suggestions :)
I love the GMC Terrain. This 2021 GMC Terrain is a great car and beautiful! I love it!! It makes me feel pretty when Im driving. I had a 2018 Terrain, but this is new and improved.
