Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 INFINITI QX50?

This is a moderate market, so you can buy now if the right listing appears, but selective shoppers should still compare carefully.

• Deal availability: 39.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.

If you find a listing below $19,033, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 INFINITI QX50's resale value?

The current average of $19,033 sits slightly below last year's $22,007.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can matter if you plan to sell later. A lower current average can make the model easier to buy today, but it may also limit upside if prices stay soft. If you purchase at a strong number and keep the vehicle in clean condition, you can help protect your future resale position.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 INFINITI QX50 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 39.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 72.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.51% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2019 if:

• At $16,318, the 2019 costs less than the current year's $19,033 average.
• It brings a redesigned cabin and a more modern engine.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $20,181, the 2021 costs more than the current year's $19,033 average.
• It adds more safety equipment and a standard WiFi hotspot.

The bottom line: If you want the best balance of price, satisfaction, and current market availability, the 2020 is the primary year to target. If your budget is tighter, the 2019 is the better value play, while the 2021 makes sense if you want the newer feature set and can stretch a bit more.
