Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 INFINITI QX50?

This is a moderate market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay selective.

• Deal availability: 33.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.

What is the 2020 INFINITI QX50's resale value?

The current average of $18,393 sits slightly below last year's $21,447.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favorable entry point, but it also means future resale gains may be limited if the market stays under pressure. If you plan to sell later, condition and documentation will matter more because buyers tend to reward cleaner, better-documented examples.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 INFINITI QX50 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 33.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 71.1% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.24% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2019 if:

• At $15,915, the 2019 costs less than the current year's $18,393 average.
• It introduced the redesigned second generation with a roomier, more upscale cabin.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $19,680, the 2021 costs more than the current year's $18,393 average.
• It adds more safety equipment and a standard WiFi hotspot.

The bottom line: You should start with the 2020 if you want a balanced mix of price, satisfaction, and market availability. If your priority is spending less, the 2019 is the better value-focused alternative, while the 2021 makes sense if you want the newer feature set and can stretch your budget.
