The whole team was great. I hate dealing with dealerships but this experience was painless. no games just straight forward business. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Dealer reached out promptly but, within minutes, the car was supposedly sold. For days after that, I received multiple emails asking me to come over and see/drive that car. I emailed back right after the first attempt, thinking the car might still be available or the sale did not go through but I was told again that the car was sold. I got maybe 6 other stupid emails from the dealer about that specific car until I finally clicked on “unsubscribe” and moved on ...

Dealership was quick to respond to my enquiry, & I purchased the Nissan. They were eager to meet my requests, and overall the experience was pleasant. My only criticism is that the sales person is lacking in knowledge about the product and the paperwork process associated with the sale.

Came to the appointment to see a car listed as accident free, waited for the car 30 mins to find out the car was in collision and had damaged back.

Very nice people, very helpful.The only black mark was thet they never provided me with a second set of keys, nor they suggested that will have one ordered, this is after buying a US$5000.00 Extended warranty from Chase . Im just wating to see if the miracle happens, other than that ...a very good experience.

I was contacted by this dealer in a timely manner. I am still undecided regarding the vehicle.

They were okay. Not bad but also not great. It was clean all had masks so that good. Not happy when I noticed a valve tap the salesman said it was nothing it’s normal.

They contacted me and I asked some specific questions about the car’s background and service and they were going to respond that day—two weeks ago and no response. I am not the one paying interest and not desperate to buy a sixth car

The dealer did respond a couple days later about this limited edition type-r. They gave me a quote that was nearly double the MSRP. First I took it as an insult but then decided to tell them, no longer interested best of luck.

Very poor communication. They put me through so much work. They collected so much of my personal information and then sold the car to someone else. I am highly dissatisfied!

Terrible! Card was NOT READY for sale. Had a large deep scratch- needed to be painted. No negotiation Virtually take it or leave it..so I left. Would not go there again for any reason. Manager was unreasonable. Salesperson could not speak English fluently. Did not know if we were getting through to her!
