The dealer told me the car would be available when I arrived since I was a hour and 15 mins away and approved but one. I got there it was sold.

vehicle has issues. When I called to set up a test drive it was getting looked at by a mechanic. After 4 days I called again and was told it is still with the mechanic. Dealer said he would call me back and still no call.

Called multiple times but I never went to see the car. Made a different choice.

I was talking to the salesman about an EX Telluride and that we wanted to look at it and buy it. Coming from Las Vegas he said it was there. Told him we were on the way which is a 4hr drive and when we got there he supposedly didn’t know where the vehicle was. At no point did he let me know anything knowing we were driving 4hrs there. Horrible experience would not recommend them. Very dishonest.

The pictures are a good help. The frame has been replaced by a recall, but there are no maintenance records. They told me there is a 4x4 light on and cannot be extinguished. They are working on it and will not release the truck till it's fixed. That's good policy. I've placed a deposit on the truck. When it's fixed they will call me.

Quick response even though the vehicle already sold

They contacted me immediately. The vehicle 2012 Chevrolet Silverado LT Crew Cab had not been through their intake process. The salesman called me back later and said he would not recommend buying that vehicle due to numerous problems with the truck.

Posted pictures of the car that demonstrated it to be in great condition. When seen in person the car was a wreck. Missing parts, torn seats and several bumps on the exterior. Never mention nor shown on ad. Very misleading

They were quick to respond and sent more pictures also let me know when the truck wasn’t going to pass inspection. It was unfortunate but I appreciated them letting me know.
