That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can matter if you're planning to sell in the future. A softer current price can limit upside in the near term, but it may also help keep the model attractive to used-car shoppers who are comparing value across similar vehicles.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Audi SQ5 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 38.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 77% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.96% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest balance of current pricing, inventory depth, and owner satisfaction, the 2020 is the primary year to target. If you're especially price-sensitive, keep an eye on listings near the low end of the range and compare them carefully against nearby model years before you decide.
