What is the 2019 Nissan Rogue's resale value?

The current average of $13,987 sits slightly below last year's $15,437.

That softer pricing suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point. If you buy carefully now, you reduce the chance of taking an extra hit when it’s time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.73/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Nissan Rogue or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 32.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 59.1% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.39% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.73/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2018 if:

• At $12,476, the 2018 costs less than the current year's $13,987 average.
• It adds more advanced driver-assist tech to an already roomy, comfortable package.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $15,335, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $13,987 average.
• It keeps the Rogue’s comfort and practicality while adding broad everyday appeal.

The bottom line: If you want the best balance of price, owner satisfaction, and current market availability, the 2019 is the primary year to target. If your budget is tighter, the 2018 is the better value play; if you’re willing to spend more for a newer example, the 2020 is the alternative to compare.
