Used 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE for Sale nearPortland, OR

How much does the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE cost?

Prices have softened 8.80% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,554 listings available, which suggests a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. The overview describes it as a luxury SUV with a premium feel, a practical family-friendly layout, and a dramatic interior update with large displays and ambient lighting on some models. It also stands out for added space, available third-row seating, and a broad mix of powertrains that range from efficient everyday use to high-performance variants. With 36.9% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have meaningful room to shop selectively.

Is the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction. The overview also frames it as a refined, comfort-focused SUV with hybrid technology available across much of the lineup and a strong emphasis on upscale engineering. For used buyers, that means your biggest long-term ownership risk is less about the concept of the vehicle and more about how well a specific example has been maintained.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE?

At 73.1% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and confirm whether any reported damage was repaired properly. Put inspection priority on body condition, panel alignment, and signs of inconsistent wear, since those can reveal past repairs or neglect. Focus on overall condition and maintenance records so you can separate a well-kept example from one that has been used hard.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE?

This is a moderate buyer’s market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 36.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,554 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.80% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 73.1% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $30,156, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE's resale value?

The current average of $30,156 sits slightly below last year's $33,066.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can make resale timing a little less favorable than it was a year ago. If you buy now, you should expect future value to depend heavily on condition, mileage, and maintenance history. Well-kept examples should still attract interest because the GLE’s luxury positioning and broad appeal help support demand.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 36.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 73.1% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.80% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $27,022, the 2020 costs less than the current year's $30,156 average.
• It brings a full redesign with a roomier cabin and newer tech.

The bottom line:
You should lean toward the 2019 if you want the stronger satisfaction signal and a market with decent deal availability. If your priority is spending less, the 2020 is the better secondary path because it undercuts the current-year average while adding a redesign and newer technology.
