Used 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE for Sale near Arizona

How much does the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE cost?

Prices have softened 8.47% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,545 listings available, which gives you a solid pool to compare prices and equipment.

Is the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. The 2019 GLE stands out as a luxury SUV that blends a conservative, familiar character with a major step forward in technology and interior design. It is slightly larger than before, with a 3.1-inch longer wheelbase that adds rear legroom, and it can be had with optional third-row seats for seven-passenger capacity. The cabin is a particular highlight, with a sweeping dashboard design, huge display screens, and ambient lighting on some models that gives the interior a more dramatic feel than the exterior suggests.

For you, that means the 2019 GLE makes the most sense if you want a premium-feeling SUV with a roomy cabin, upscale presentation, and broad version coverage. 34.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are still worthwhile opportunities in the market.

Is the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2019 GLE is described as generally dependable, which supports its case as a used luxury SUV. Standard equipment is generous, and even early entry-level models came with a rear-view camera, a power tailgate, heated and electrically adjustable front seats, dual-zone climate control, a power sunroof, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto integration, and LED headlights.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that higher-end versions can be expensive to keep up, especially if you want to avoid surprises on a premium vehicle.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE?

At 72.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from cars with prior damage. After that, prioritize a thorough pre-purchase inspection, especially on higher-mileage or heavily optioned vehicles where repair costs can climb quickly. Focus your test drive on overall condition, cabin electronics, and how the vehicle feels under everyday use rather than just the badge and features.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, with enough inventory to shop carefully and enough deal activity to reward patience.

• Deal availability: 34.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,545 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.47% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 72.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $30,264, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE's resale value?

The current average of $30,396 sits slightly below last year's $33,208.

That decline suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make the GLE more attractive to you as a buyer today but less favorable if you're planning to sell soon. If you buy at the right price, you may have a better chance of limiting depreciation pressure over your ownership period. The strongest resale prospects will usually come from well-kept examples with desirable equipment and clean history.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 34.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 72.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.47% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $27,180, the 2020 costs less than the current year's $30,396 average.
• It brings a full redesign and Mercedes’ newer MBUX infotainment system.

The bottom line: If you want the stronger current-market mix of satisfaction, inventory, and deal availability, the 2019 is the better starting point. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2020 is worth a look because it undercuts the 2019 on average price while adding a redesigned cabin and newer tech.
