Mario was very knowledgeable about the F150 that I was interested in test driving. He knew about all the features and explained and demonstrated a few. I was impressed that he was so up to date on the Ford product when he works for the Toyota dealer. I didn't wind up purchasing the vehicle from him but it wasn't because of any negatives with regard to my interactions. On the contrary, I enjoyed the interaction but found a vehicle that was a better match for my needs at another dealer.
