Used MINI Cooper Clubman for Sale Nationwide

The jeep a inquired about had been sold days before, just not removed from here. I was told it would be available upon my arrival. I was coming from 8 hours away to see it. Constant communication for over a week. Decided to call someone different day before and am told it was sold awhile ago. They were going to try and swoon me into something else, I'm sure. Might need to go elsewhere.

I did not see the car, I looked at carfax and it just didn't sound good. I do really need a car/Suv so hopefully you may have something that would work for me. Lexi was extremely sweet and helpful. Very professional and seemed willing to help in anyway. Thank you very much!!

Overpriced, rude sales team. Had an appointment to look at a car, and they sold it online while I was driving down there. I know it’s not guaranteed to be held, but why waste people’s time like that. I live 10-15 mins away and called to say I was on the way even.

prise you see online is cash prise, I called to verify the price, a 15k car is for cash, and 18k for financing. I personally don't like this kind of trick.

My first experience with them wasn't great but have since had great communication and appreciate their honesty of buying a cash vehicle and driving it out of state. Shane, the sales mgr. called concerning my plan and discouraged me from doing unless I'd get it checked out by a mechanic and was agreeable to taking the truck to the local dealer. He even volunteered to shuttle the truck there and set up the appointment. It was a pleasure working with them.

Quick response and helpful

Terrible. Drove 500 miles promised me the car was clean like new and ready to go. Tires were bald truck was filthy and just about every panel had a mark or scratch. To top it off the truck would not even start.

Be careful with this place. Will sneak in paint protection fee and perform it before you even finish signing papers. The finance guy with the black teeth is very aggressive. Rushing me to sign papers.

The dealer Irak was very helpful, through out the process, and I hope, I can meet him in person. So far it was great transaction, I can’t wait for the car to be delivered.

Worked on a price with me. Salesman manny was awesome. Quick and to the point. I was in the dealer for an hour at most and signed for the car.

I reached out multiple times, let them know I was in California and would need the car shipped, they kept asking me to come in for a test drive. I also asked what my final price would be with fees, as I read so many complaints of excessive fees getting included - no answer. Then the price goes up $10k! Wish there was a way to block certain dealers from my search results as they would be my first.

Cars seem to be in really good shape, good photos. Called, asked questions, extremely misleading prices. Actual price was $10,000 more than advertised. Salesman told me he would get me a breakdown on the fees. I was still interested in the car, even with the underhanded tactics, but they never got back to me anyways. Got an email saying haven't heard from me in a bit. That would be the other way around. That's ok, found something different.

Great overall service. Response time was quick. Drove 2 hours to get this vehicle. Process was easy and my salesman was great.

Salesman tried to push me into a car I didn't want and despite me saying multiple times to give me a price quote on the out the door price and I would talk it over with my wife. (Price was for 2 cars and she was at work) Salesman continuously tried to push me into making a deal then instead of listening to what I was saying.

Friendly and not too pushy. Will be working with him while we search for a car.

It was ok..nothing to to write home about. Wanted them to move so off the price of car since it was in a accident and my trade in was very very clean Benz all paperwork from Benz dealership provided excellent mechanical conditions ....only gave me 6k for a GLK 350 125k miles...not good way below Kelly...but no worries..all good....

Drove all the way there and the vehicle wasn’t available, night before and that morning was still available, until we get there the salesman said it had a deposit.

Initial exchanged email regarding me going in, without them ever responding to question. Once that was answered no need to go in. 2 weeks later I get a call asking me to set up mtg with sales mgr to see truck. Days before that I received notice truck was sold.

Horrible worst experience ever it seem as if they didn't want to sell the car, very poor communication, very rude, set a appointment to test drive went there at said time and they were closed, then see the same car re advertised with a higher price. Very bad business stay away.

I spoke with Tom, he's very helpful and patiently answered all my questions and concerns in a prompt manner. The dealership is a small lot with various cars, their wasn't any wait time and was able to see the car I wanted right away. The price wasn't right for the car I wanted but overall it was a pleasant experience and I wouldn't mind going back if they had other cars I wanted.

Overall, I had a good experience with this dealership. I almost bought a car from them but the down payment was too high. The car did look different than the one on their website. They were friendly though. When I realize that it wasn't going to work out I let the sales lady know, but she never responded. I told her that when I was ready I would contact them again.
