How much does the 2019 Honda Accord cost?

Prices have softened 5.94% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 3,829 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare.

Is the 2019 Honda Accord a good car?

Generally — the 2019 Honda Accord earns a 4.4/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its stylish design, luxurious interior, excellent reliability, impressive fuel economy, smooth ride quality, and comfortable, spacious cockpit. That lines up well with its role as a roomy, well-rounded family sedan, especially if you want a practical daily driver with a polished feel and useful tech. With 29.3% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a competitive offer.

Is the 2019 Honda Accord reliable?

Owners rate it 4.4/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

User feedback highlights excellent reliability, and owners also describe the car as dependable and trouble-free over time. That kind of praise matters if you want a used sedan you can count on for regular commuting and family duty. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure the specific car you choose has been maintained well and hasn’t picked up avoidable wear.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Honda Accord?

At 53.3% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before you commit, then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection on any car that looks especially clean or unusually well priced. Focus on body condition, signs of prior repair, and whether the car drives as smoothly as the listing suggests. If you’re comparing multiple examples, the best choice is usually the one with the strongest documented history and the cleanest overall condition.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Honda Accord?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully without rushing.

• Deal availability: 29.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,829 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.94% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 53.3% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $18,471, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Honda Accord's resale value?

The current average of $18,472 sits slightly below last year's $19,638.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favorable point in the cycle, but it also means future resale gains may be more modest if the market stays soft. Even so, the Accord’s broad appeal, strong owner satisfaction, and reputation for practicality should help it remain easy to sell relative to less popular sedans. If you keep mileage reasonable and maintenance records organized, you’ll be in a better position when it’s time to trade or sell.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Honda Accord or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 29.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 53.3% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.94% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2018 if:

• At $17,824, the 2018 costs less than the current year's $18,472 average.
• It offers a fresher redesign with a more engaging driving feel.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $19,741, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $18,472 average.
• It adds more tech and a bigger-feeling family-sedan package.

The bottom line: The 2019 is the best all-around pick if you want a balanced Accord with strong owner approval and a softer used price. If you’re more price-sensitive, the 2018 is the smarter value play; if you want to spend more for a newer-feeling package, the 2020 is the better upgrade path.
