Used 2019 Genesis G80 for Sale nearFort Lauderdale, FL

How much does the 2019 Genesis G80 cost?

Prices have softened 4.02% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 299 listings available, which suggests a modest but workable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2019 Genesis G80 a good car?

Yes — the 4.71/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Drivers consistently praise the luxury feel, smooth and quiet ride, and excellent value, while also highlighting the advanced tech features and respectable performance. For you, that makes this a strong fit if you want a premium sedan experience without paying typical luxury-brand pricing. With 34.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still meaningful market opportunity if you shop carefully.

Is the 2019 Genesis G80 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.71/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The user feedback also points to a dependable ownership experience, with drivers repeatedly describing the car as smooth, quiet, and a model they feel good about living with over time. That kind of praise matters because it suggests the car can be counted on for everyday use rather than just short-term appeal. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure a specific example has been maintained well and has not accumulated hidden wear.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Genesis G80?

At 53.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before you commit, since accident history can affect both condition and future resale. Put inspection priority on bodywork, panel alignment, and signs of uneven wear, then confirm that the cabin, electronics, and suspension all feel consistent with the car’s premium mission. Focus on overall condition rather than just mileage, because a well-kept example will matter more than a cheaper one with unresolved damage.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Genesis G80?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you have room to shop, but the best listings still deserve quick attention.

• Deal availability: 34.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 299 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.02% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 53.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $21,273, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Genesis G80's resale value?

The current average of $21,825 sits slightly below last year's $22,740.

That decline suggests the market has softened, which can work against you if you plan to sell soon. On the other hand, the current pricing may help you buy at a more favorable entry point if you expect to keep the car for several years. A stable value story is still supported by the model’s strong owner satisfaction and premium appeal.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.71/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Genesis G80 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 34.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 53.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.02% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.71/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2018 if:

• At $18,677, the 2018 costs less than the current year's $21,825 average.
• It leans more performance-focused while still emphasizing value.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2019 if you want the stronger all-around buy and are willing to pay more for the newer model year’s current market position. If your priority is saving money upfront, the 2018 is the better secondary path because it undercuts the 2019’s average price while still delivering the Genesis luxury-sedan formula.
