Best customer service I've ever experienced in a dealership

Commerce Mitsubishi used a bait and switch by advertising for $20,800, to get you into dealer, then raised price to $24,000 when I got there.

I went to a Toyota dealership down the street from my house first and did not like the high pressure sales, so I went to Auto Boutique and found the same Corolla almost $2,700 cheaper. The whole process was quick and painless, I will only buy my cars from them. Tyler even called me after the sale to make sure I was 100 percent happy!

No pressure salesman. However, the car found on CarGurus did not have the accurate mileage. Actual mileage was over 27,000 miles difference.

I was immediately contacted by Abel. I asked him what the total price would be out-the-door and he never returned that simple request. Based upon their many previous reviews, I didn't expect them to honor the advertised price, anyway.

My mother and I met with the website sales manager and we a good service.

It's very clear how this dealer work and the word that comes to mind is conniving. The car was listed for $23,900 on CarGurus and on their own website. When we finally got to working out the details, they required adding on OVER $7500 in dealer fees, making my out-the-door price $31460 (not including taxes and registration). Even if we agreed on a price after all this, I wouldn't trust them.

Really a nice dealer, showed me the car I came in to see. He went ahead to show me other options and recommended i check their website as they are expecting a new inventory. I will keep in touch

Of all the dealerships we went to or contacted only Avis honor the advertised price. All others packed 2 to $3000.00 on top of advertised price. If you don’t pay they simply don’t sell you the car. So go to Avis.

Personal experience with sales person Ruzhdi Asani was very good. Recommended.

Good communication and responsiveness

The salesman sent me the same email response repeatedly. I called the salesman & told him I would like to see pictures(there were no pictures with the listing.) I have not received any pictures and I continued to receive the same email response as before I spoke with him.

Got helped by Jonathan . As soon as I stepped in the dealer he made me feel comfortable and not tried to take advantage of like other dealers before this . Helped me take out a Corolla with no hassle and made sure I saw other options . Definitely recommend this dealer and Jonathan to anyone !

Friendly but too much extra money in addendum. Add 5k minimum to their advertised price. Alondra was super friendly and not overly pushy. Saw them in person and it's a huge jump from advertised price

Great. Met Eli right away. Was shown what we had seen online. Rode around, no pressure. Ended up buying the van. Great experience with finance dept. Bob was humorous and professional. The only downside was the girl in the playboy mask and skimpy oh skimpy clothes asking if everything was going ok. Didn’t appreciate that at all. Manager welcoming and humorous but professional. Would buy there again.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER. The vehicle pictured WAS not the vehicle they we’re actually selling! I drove over 100 miles to buy it, and it had extensive rear end damage. And the salesman’s response when I asked about it was “WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM A USED CAR!” Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!

They advertise on Cargurus for $13188 but when I showed up out the door was $18000. They added $3192 in accessories.

Sales guys were fine dealership policy sucks. Drove 30 miles to see it with wife, they lost key so could not drive. Actually agreed on price and set appointment to return next day when key available. They would not take a deposit. Got text in AM car sold to somebody else. Not cool

They sent a video so I would know who I was dealing with. I didn’t need to purchase a car because mine was repaired. But I would consider them in the future.

They sold me this car last Saturday. Drive it less than 49 miles to get to my house. A gift for my daughter. What a nightmare. Engine light on. Took it to O’releys. They hook the computer. Oxygen sensors bad, transmission lock bad, tire sensors bad. What a bunch of thieves. I didn’t even discuss or negotiate the price with then. I believe in them and took advantage of us. Pay them cas 6,8019 dollars and i will have to spend another 1,000 dollars to be able to drive it.

Very poor customer service! More concerned about the sale and making money than making sure they sale quality used cars. Had an issue discovered the next day after purchase and they refused to fix it. Now I'm out of $600!!! Not fair!!! Avoid this rip off place!!!

Straight forward salesmen. The price you see is the price you're getting, there is no trying haggle the price. So if you're looking to knock down the price, this isn't the dealership. Lol. Overall a good experience. Answered all and any questions I had.

Had a good experience with the dealer. David the sales manager was very professional and knowledgeable. Only concerns I really had was the car protection package and theft coverage that I had to purchase which added $1,600 more to the car that I wasnt expecting to pay. Also, wasnt told that only had 1 key until after sale completed so another $200 bucks for that. Just purchased car, but so far, so good. We are happy.

Sales person was nice but not knowledgeable. “Financial manager” or whatever he was offered me a deal out the door. Then I introduced a trade in offer and then that deal no longer existed anymore. Horrible car selling tactics. Stray away.
