I have owned 2 other Expeditions in the past and working in buying my 3rd. For the family, comfort, roominess, and haul anything you need, The Expedition checks all my families boxes!

The interior is excellent and the exterior is very nice. The thing I'm most concerned with is that the EcoBoost engine has a fluttering ticking sound when I start it fresh in the morning....I've read that this condition can lead to some very costly repairs for a vehicle with less than 100K on it!!! And Ford realized that the original parts were inferior for that model year and subsequently replaced it with a better one a year later but they didn't do a recall on affected vehicles because of the cost and potential loss of future sales 😕

We have kids that like to be in each others space in the car, the platinum has the captain’s chairs in the middle, which is the main reason we went with platinum vs limited, but there are a lot of extra features that are a bonus. So far the kids have been better!
