After a fairly long wait, I ended up having to take the dealer plate off myself (used for the test drive) and put my transferred plate on. Almost left without my house keys and second key fob for the new vehicle. I did, unfortunately, leave without any floor mats. I didn't realize this until I got back in the car after stopping for something to eat 2 hours into my 3 hour drive home. After speaking to the internet sales person, he was nice enough to ensure they shipped the floor mats to my home. It's not like they were aftermarket or optimal mats... they were oem mats that would normally be found in the trunk during a PDI."

They asked which one so that they could get them out for when I came. I got there the next day and a guy named Gary Conroy handed me the keys and said they were outside. They were not dug out and we had to look for them. The alarm buttons didnt work on the phones. The insides were trashed on both vehicles as well as they needed brakes and the tires were bald. At this point my husband walked to our vehicle and I took the keys in and told Gary I was not interested. He asked why what was going on I told him they were trashed on the I side and they needed alot of work. I walked back to my vehicle and I received a test message from Mr. Conroy. It said as follows: Christy a b***h dont like either one wouldnt even consider drive n next. Of course he didnt mean to send this to me but to one of his colleagues. "
