Is the 2019 Buick LaCrosse a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Buick LaCrosse earns a 4.75/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its comfort, reliable performance, and low maintenance costs, and many also call out its value for money, ride quality, and handling. The market also shows 25.0% good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2019 Buick LaCrosse reliable?

Owners rate it 4.75/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback highlights reliable performance, low maintenance costs, and a car that many buyers feel good about living with over time. That combination suggests you may be looking at a sedan that can be a sensible long-term used purchase if the specific example has been cared for properly. For used buyers, the main risk is less about the model’s reputation and more about how well a particular car has been maintained.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Buick LaCrosse?

At 65% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before you commit, then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection so you can confirm the car’s structural and mechanical condition. Pay close attention to signs of prior bodywork, uneven panel gaps, tire wear, and any interior or electronic issues that could point to harder use. Because this model was known for comfort and features, make sure the cabin equipment and convenience items work as expected.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Buick LaCrosse?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on the best examples.

• Deal availability: 25.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 100 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.03% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $18,458, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Buick LaCrosse's resale value?

The current average of $18,494 sits slightly below last year's $19,892.

That price movement suggests the market has softened, which can help you as a buyer now but may limit upside if you plan to resell soon. If you buy at the right price and keep the car in strong condition, you can reduce the impact of that depreciation. A well-kept example should still appeal to shoppers who want a comfortable, traditional sedan with a premium feel.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.75/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Buick LaCrosse or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 25.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 65% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.03% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.75/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line:

If you want the newest version of this sedan with strong owner satisfaction and a softer market price, the 2019 is the primary year to target. If you are especially price-sensitive, you can widen your search to nearby years and focus on the cleanest, best-priced example rather than the newest badge.
