It is a great thing when you are able to get a great deal on exactly what you are looking for. They have produced exactly our needs after speaking to us for a bit. I'm thrilled we landed here during our search.

We were greeted when we came on the lot. The sales person was friendly, kind, low to no pressure, and quick to listen. It took them a few minutes to find us exactly what we needed. The SUV was an easy choice for us.

Love how all the Employees was Super Friendly, Patient and knowledgeable. They offer a huge and wide selection of the latest vehicles, best deals, and Lifetime warranty on all there vehicles. Last but not least when it comes to getting approved they will do anything in there will power to make sure you are extremely satisfied with your purchase. EVERYTHING they do is 100% Legit. I Am a Happy camper and a FOREVER Client!

Id give it no stars if I could. They bait you in with a low price then jack it up the next day and they say we can’t honor that “special pricing” when you ask if they are going to honor the price you inquired on. A truck doesn’t change 20k dollars overnight. Would never recommend.

Dealer sold the car, it was never available. This and many other dealers have used these cars S a carrot to lure clients in and then sell anything else they have at a higher price.

Scam be carful , they took my information, run my credit and then told me car was sold. Very bad communication and bad services. Scammers.

I finally spoke to someone at this dealership after they ignored the requests I made through CarGurus.com for several days. Despite indicating on CarGurus that they would ship a car out of state, they told me that they don't do that and they'll only sell to someone who comes to the dealership. They seemed confused, disorganized and unsure of their own way of doing business. It was almost like they didn't care whether or not they sold a car.

Got automatic replies back when trying to engage but nothing else. Been trying for 2 days straight to check on a listed vehicle and getting nowhere. I’m out of state so wondering if they are just ignoring. Although I’m ready to buy and will fly down to make a purchase and drive vehicle back home. Real disappointed it seems some dealerships are just so big they feel they don’t have to concern themselves with potential customers.

I had a terrible experience with this dealer and I do not recommend this dealer. I applied for finance and they said I have a good credit store and gave me an email to discuss the numbers. I emailed them several times and called them as well they never return my calls and emails

Quick to contact n fallow up, untill you fill out credit application. Then no response for 3 days so far.

After speaking to them I went to the dealer and the car wasn't there. They asked if I was interested in another car. Wouldn't have gone if they were honest to begin with and said the car wasn't there any longer.

The experience with the salesmen was great, however, the Nissan was not working correctly when turned on. On the positive side they have more vehicles in inventory to consider with affordable prices and no dealer fee which is a plus when in a budget and buying cash.

Terrible experience. We kept having to wait for the salesman to go find keys, only to find the car battery was dead. At one point he took so long we went looking for him. We found him sitting in the lobby with another customer... While we waited for him out in the heat. Oh, and they add over $1,000 for the "all point inspection". Smelled like a total scam.

Salespeople did not contact me until I reminded. Price on site was inflated by $1300 with “extras” beyond taxes, fees and licensing. Could not not itemize, verify nor document “extras”. I did not buy the car even though I had arranged shipping and payment. Too much dishonesty

I don’t react well to pushy salespeople just because you walk in with pre-approved credit. That is not what I found at the Car Factory Outlet. The salespeople are friendly. Jose made it a great buying experience.

We promised our son a nice surprise if he elevated his grades. He did and we delivered. Yosniel helped us pick out a great car that will thrill our excelling student without busting our budget.

on my way called me an hour before my appointment time to tell me the car was bought the night before. I was scheduled to come test drive after a whole week of speaking with a sales rep and being approved for the vehicle, I even got a call that morning to confirm my appointment. Horrible management and no respect for their clients. I would not recommend anyone to shop here. 0/5 stars truthfully not even worth a 1 star. Good-luck to anyone who gives these people any business.

Made an offer based on the price of a similar vehicle listed at $10k, and they let me know they would do their best for me...a few minutes later they send an out the door offer at over $14k!... That's over 2k higher than their advertised price! Would've been fine if they just told me no. Don't waste your time unless you want to pay over 2K in fees NOT counting sales tax.

Our daughter was purchasing this car in Florida, and we were assisting with financing from WI. It was a difficult situation. I requested a PO before wiring cash for the vehicle, and due to delays, my daughter had to watch another customer purchase this vehicle. Still gave 4 stars because the salesperson Robert was amazing and found her a Nissan Rouge to purchase. This was a stressful process, partially due to our predicament of purchasing from out of state.

Spoke extensively with dealer about a specific vehicle... asked for any not readily perceivable defects before my husband drove 9 hours to trade his truck in. When he arrived, the vehicle had pieces glued in place, door panels not attached on the inside (broken door clips), chipped and peeling tinted windows and liquid pouring out from underneath after a short test drive. Do not recommend this dealer or that you trust any “creative” photos they post of vehicles.

I went in with specific needs and much to my delight, Jose saw that they were all met. My financial needs were met with a car I love that fits my budget and my lifestyle needs were met because I’m going to love driving it.

I enjoyed spending the day at Car Factory Outlet. I started to walk the lot and saw cars up front. A few sales people came up to me but I made myself clear I didn’t want their help. I was just walking around looking at cars. That’s how I do browsing not on a computer.

I felt so catered to at this place. I was able to test drive five different cars and they didn’t make me feel like I was wasting their time. I left the dealership that day without making a purchase and the lady that was helping me was like “no problem.” Its hard to find good service like that!
