At this point I'd say I'm not at all happy with this dealer. They have decent prices but zero communication skills. I'd say they care about getting the sale The End. I'm still awaiting a windshield replacement and dealing with their service has been atrocious..

I have been patiently waiting for some kind of news from this dealer about my supposed deposit required order for a car. The ONLY time i get any information, ( which so far is ZERO,) is by physically going to the dealer or calling the salesman multiple times.

Scheduled Apmnt to view truck, but was never called to cancel after they decided not to sell truck due to unresolved mechanical issues. Fortunately for me, I called back to get more details about the truck after never receiving a requested callback & was informed of the trucks removal from inventory which saved me from a long drive to see a truck that was no longer there.

People contacted me and were responsive. After driving 2 hours to get there the 2 vehicles I was interested in were not pulled out and ready for test driving. Both vehicles had mechanical issues. One could smell burning oil from inside the car and the other wouldn't start. After jumping 3 times it stayed running with a loud ticking sound. I politely thanked them for their time and left. Manager tried calling me back but I continued back 2 hours home.
