How much does the 2018 Land Rover Range Rover cost?

There are 864 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare.

Is the 2018 Land Rover Range Rover a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. The 2018 Range Rover stands out as a luxury SUV that still leans on the brand’s core promise of go-anywhere capability, while also offering a beautifully made cabin, upscale comfort features, and serious off-road ability. It also fits buyers who want a prestige SUV with a wide range of powertrain and seating configurations. With 34.6% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2018 Land Rover Range Rover reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2018 Range Rover is described as a complex vehicle with troublesome electrical and air suspension systems, high maintenance costs, and reliability that can be an unknown quantity. That means you should expect careful upkeep to matter more than it would on a simpler SUV.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is expensive ownership if prior maintenance has been inconsistent or if hidden electrical or suspension issues surface later.

What should I look for when buying a used 2018 Land Rover Range Rover?

At 73.1% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a full vehicle history report before you commit, then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection from a shop that knows luxury SUVs and complex suspension systems. Focus on condition, maintenance records, and signs of electrical or air suspension problems, since those areas can be costly if they need attention.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2018 Land Rover Range Rover?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop with some leverage if you know what to look for.

• Deal availability: 34.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 864 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.51% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 73.1% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $27,229, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2018 Land Rover Range Rover's resale value?

The current average of $27,229 sits slightly below last year's $31,482.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy more confidently now but may also limit upside if you plan to resell soon. If you buy at the right price and keep the vehicle well maintained, you can reduce the impact of future depreciation. Strong condition and documented service history matter especially for a luxury SUV with expensive upkeep.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2018 Land Rover Range Rover or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2018 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2018 if:

• 34.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 73.1% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.51% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line:

The 2018 is the right pick if you want the Range Rover formula of luxury, comfort, and capability and you’re prepared to shop carefully for condition and maintenance history. If you’re especially price-sensitive, a nearby year may be worth comparing, but the 2018’s softer pricing and strong owner satisfaction make it a compelling target when you find a clean example.
