2017 Lexus RC F F RWD for Sale Nationwide

Advised that the dealer didn't have any of the 2013 models for sale. They showed they had 4 available. One of the other models I've asked about is still showing as available. They are not responding to my request for updated information.

A bunch of con artist over there at Merlex, l will never do business with them!!! Merlex Auto Group is a joke!!! They try to charge you a whole lot of nonexistent fees and thats ridiculous. Long story short a 18,000 Dollar vehicle going to end up costing you 23,000 out the gate

The asking price went up by $3000, once submitted by to the bank. I was lied too by the Manager. Nice cars but financial Manager drives up the price by $3,000 and does not expect you to even notice. No integrity.

Not helpful. They told me to go take my car somewhere else sell it and then come back to them to buy a different car. Very rude management. Very pushy. No knowledge about the vehicle which was for sale. Not once but Twice same make model but different Mercedes.

Disappointing. On more than one occasion I have been told the car has been sold and only for a followup call to say it’s still available. That’s treating a client like a bouncing board. Stop it!

Waist of time setting appointments. Arrived 30 minutes early to have someone making a deal on the car I drove 2 hours to see. Then some guy in flip flops tells me I can wait a few hours to see what happens.

The price listed is only if you qualify for all these rebates they tell too about. When you ask for price without rebates then they give price based on financing with Chrysler but the discount doesn’t apply. Within a span of one week I had 3 different prices and everytime it went up. First had 20,500 plus 2000 in fees and 2000 in taxes. Then 24,998 out the door then 27,998. Just ask a lot of questions and look at the fine print.

The vehicle was not ready. The Volvo that I was looking at would not start and had dents. They told me that it still had to got through some repairs, but would call me when it was ready.

Received most of the info I need. Did not get the extent of the damage done to the vehicle I was interested in. That may have made the difference as to whether we would have purchased.

Customer satisfaction from the Dealer was Outstanding...I Wasn't ready to purchase at that time.

I was told that I had the car and it wasn't a problem but I never received the vehicle. Wasn't sure what was going on with them because everytime I called I was put on hold for 10 minutes or longer. I was told that the car was ready for me to pick up and when I called to let them know that I was on my way, I was told that the Mechanic had it and it would be a few days.

They Call me promptly and will find a vehicle as I ask for.

they were responsive. The pricing was not so good in my opinion. Then the sales person asked if thee was a car with a lower MSRP vs. them doing better on the price to do a competitive lease. They wanted me to compromise on what I wanted vs. them moving product. I am in a car that MSRP for 55k and still did a better deal and lease number than Lexus offers.

Attempted to communicate via email, dealership replied, I replied, they never replied, instead sent a new email. This occurred several times, they would never reply to my email, they'd just send me a new email. Finally gave up trying to purchase a car from them.
