Used 2017 Kia Niro FE for Sale Nationwide

Can't say enough good things about these guys. I purchased a 2004 Tundra and the check engine light came on while I was driving home with it. I called Chris and Kelley and they were quick to tell me to bring the truck back and they'd fix it. Ended up needing new catalytic converters which they replaced free of charge. They didn't have to do this I purchased a 17 year old vehicle things are going to go wrong but they made it right now they have a customer for life. Thanks guys!!

Sales rep was quick to dismiss me as a customer when I started discussing the price of the car and hurried me off the phone. I could have bought the car at asking price on that call no problem, their loss. I don't recommend them will be buying from somewhere else even if it costs me more.

As this dealer was a very far drive for me, someone reached out and actually sent me better pictures of the car... and the damage that you could not see from the pictures. He was super sweet about it and actually went out to the lot to take the pictures. Although not going to the dealer, I would rate them a 5.

All they wanted was to get me in the door and put their pitch on me. Vehicle was extremely overpriced and in horrible shape. LT quarter panel was rusted through and several dents (large ones...not just door dings) despite being advertised with no damage. Shame on this dealer for offering such a shabby vehicle. Beware this dealer.

Horrible experience. Sales person was an introvert and not knowledgeable about pre owned I looked at or auto buying experience. The vehicle was filthy. I would have been embarrassed as a salesperson to show the vehicle in that nasty condition.
