The salesman, Beto, sent me some borderline rude text msgs, didn’t even look at the car I inquired about and apparently didn’t listen to what I told him I needed,, but John, the sales Mgr went out of his way to help me find something suitable. If I were to look for a car there again, I would definitely ask for John.

This car is listed at $3,000 and when I called to book an appointment it was only after I asked that I was told the actual price was over $11,000.

Horrible experience and would never buy a car from this dealership. Was told my car deal was done with a certain amount as a down payment, but when it came to signing the paperwork, I was asked to almost double that down payment from 5k to 9k. Needless, I walked away from the car deal.

The car was supposedly gone through a thorough checkup as to maintenance required and after a week in a half the service maintenance light is on .I expected that an oil change and a transmission service had been done , but I am going to have to run it through a checkup at the service department I use. Hopefully it will be a minor problem. ,

Car went to see was in bad shape, windshield broken, dirty. Was very disappointed in condition of car. Then they kept us there and showed us another car which was in better shape but wanted to overcharge us and then add a 1250.00 reconditioning fee. We left.

Purchased this 2017 Buick Regal GS from Carmax, but utilized their 7 day money guarantee due to the fact they wouldn't replace the tires. Return was hassle free but getting the loan repaid by Carmax and down payment refunded is on going.

At first it was a bit confusing as I was shunted to a call center in North Carolina rather than speak to someone from the dealership. Once I got to the dealership I found friendly service and a big well-oiled machine.
