Why it stands out
The 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee holds a distinct position in the SUV market, combining luxurious comfort with off-road prowess. This model features a spacious interior packed with upscale materials and technology, which Jeep has successfully integrated throughout the lineup. Its versatility allows it to perform admirably both on paved roads and rugged terrains, boasting a strong 293-horsepower 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine standard and a range of advanced four-wheel-drive options. The Grand Cherokee's Trailhawk variant is particularly impressive, equipped with specialized off-road features like air suspension for superior ground clearance and selectable drive modes, enabling it to tackle various driving conditions with ease. While some owners cite concerns with fuel economy and certain interior finishes, the overall satisfaction with the Grand Cherokee's performance, safety, and towing capabilities makes it a strong contender in the midsize SUV market.

I am currently buying my second Grand Cherokee, it’s a fantastic vehicle! Only sold my first one because I moved to Chicago and had no need for a vehicle. It drives great, very quiet road noise, and super comfortable. Both of my GC’s are the Altitude trim and the suede and leather combo is so nice. I also love the infotainment system, great layout, simple and everything is sturdy. Nothing feels cheap in this vehicle!
