Why it stands out

The Durango's interior is spacious, accommodating up to seven passengers, which is ideal for larger families. Additionally, it offers a wide array of features from basic to luxurious, depending on the trim level. The intuitive Uconnect infotainment system enhances the driving experience, providing easy access to tech features. Although some safety ratings have raised concerns among potential buyers, the Durango maintains a reputation for handling and performance that inspires confidence on the road. Overall, its rugged appeal and practicality make it a compelling option for buyers seeking not just a vehicle, but a reliable travel companion.

It’s a great vehicle. I love the looks. I love the tow capacity: I love the features and room. The 3.6/8 speed is a great combo. But… the small offset crash rating is a disaster. And as a dad of teens it made me cross it off my list. Why hasn’t dodge addresses this? Even mitigated it?
