Despite that let down, I still went into the dealership to test drive the vehicle and was perfectly frank about already being pre-approved and what I could afford to put down. The "Man behind the curtain" gave the salesman I was working with an offer to present to me that was absolutely NOTHING special. It was full price plus taxes, license and ALL FEES tacked on but with asking me to put FOUR times more down then I had said I wanted to. This was a complete insult after I had asked for some kind of deal and they basically moved the numbers to hope I wouldn't notice they were still getting Full asking price plus all taxes and fees for the car. I walked out - .....Now a week later - the price of the car has been RAISED by $4,000! WOW. Really not satisfied with the service nor the integrity of this dealership. Which is sad because the young man trying to help me was very nice. I feel bad he's trying to sell cars at that place when his finance manager won't work with people what so ever. "

It had a big scratch near the license plate which I asked Seray prior to coming to view the vehicle. She told me "No " sent more pictures that scratch was invisible to the naked eye. I then also seen a dent on the vehicle that was never mentioned. So I explained for the right price or coming down on asking price..they absolutely refused. I had to call back and ask for my 1,000 dollar deposit, still have not seen it. I went to another dealer actually 2 different ones. They said do not deal with them. They have received a couple of their customers...they do ruthless deals..or none at all!!"
