Contacted them Via Email Via CarGurus, they reached out with a ridiculously low trade in evaluation, and after I replied to that to negotiate and set up a time to see the Volvo, they have yet to reply. Seems like poor customer service to me. I work all day, don't have time to sit on the phone with a salesman when I already know what I want.

Ended up buying a 2013 with 79k miles this dealer discussion of past owner being out to get out from under a loan by melting his bumper didn't give me confidence that the previous owner took care of his car. The outback I bought had receipts for every thing showing he babied the car.

Dealership provided a CarFax. CarFax revealed vehicle had been in a right-side collision and recommended a Collision Repair Certification Report. Dealership drug their feet and never took the vehicle to a Collision Repair Center for an assessment. When I asked for the GM, the head of Sales returned the call. BS experience.
