I have a dodge ram 1500hundred my oil Pressure goes up to 70 to 80 back down to 45. When Im driving, it goes to 37 or in the 40s, and it goes up. When I press on the gas there was a day. I was driving and I sing that I lost oil pressure on the gauge So I turned and engine off Check everything and then it came back on I just recently had my oil change with With everything what do I do
