Used 2016 Porsche Panamera for Sale nearPhoenix, AZ

How much does the 2016 Porsche Panamera cost?

Prices have softened 3.44% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 195 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2016 Porsche Panamera a good car?

Yes — 5/5 is a strong user rating for this model year.

The 2016 Panamera stands out because it marked the arrival of the second-generation car, bringing a more modern, minimalist interior and a design that looks more like a Porsche. It keeps the Panamera’s practical four-door layout and generous passenger space while pairing that with six-cylinder and eight-cylinder engines, an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic, and a strong mix of luxury and performance.

That makes it a compelling choice if you want a used Porsche that still works as an everyday sedan. With 30.3% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2016 Porsche Panamera reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2016 Panamera’s appeal comes from its blend of performance, luxury, and everyday usability, along with a well-equipped cabin that includes features such as heated front seats, a reversing camera, leather upholstery, LED headlights, and smartphone compatibility. Its second-generation redesign also suggests a more modern package than the earlier car.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that a premium performance sedan can be costly to maintain if prior care was inconsistent.

What should I look for when buying a used 2016 Porsche Panamera?

At 74.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before you commit, then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection from a Porsche-savvy mechanic. Focus on condition, maintenance records, and signs of prior bodywork or deferred upkeep, since those factors matter a lot on a premium performance sedan.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2016 Porsche Panamera?

This looks like a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting a deep bargain on every listing.

• Deal availability: 30.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 195 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.44% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 74.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $25,264, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2016 Porsche Panamera's resale value?

The current average of $25,506 sits slightly below last year's $26,413.

That decline suggests the market has eased, which can help you buy more confidently now but may also limit short-term upside if you plan to resell soon. For a future seller, the key is to buy well and keep the car in strong condition, because premium sedans tend to reward clean history and careful ownership.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2016 Porsche Panamera or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2016 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2016 if:

• 30.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 74.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.44% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2017 if:

• At $40,472, the 2017 costs more than the current year's $25,506 average.
• The second generation gets a sharper performance-focused redesign.

The bottom line:

If you want the better value, the 2016 is the primary path because it combines a lower average price with strong satisfaction and a meaningful share of deal-priced listings. If you’re price-sensitive and want to stay closer to the market’s lower end, the 2016 is the smarter place to start; if you’re willing to spend much more for the newer model’s redesign, the 2017 is the secondary path.
