Used 2016 Lexus GS for Sale nearColumbia, SC

How much does the 2016 Lexus GS cost?

Prices have held steady compared to this time last year, signaling a stable and predictable market for this model year.

There are 238 listings available, which gives you a moderate amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2016 Lexus GS a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating suggests strong owner satisfaction for this model year.

That kind of feedback can make the GS easier to shop with confidence, especially if you want a used luxury sedan with a positive ownership reputation. With 31.9% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have room to find a competitive offer.

Is the 2016 Lexus GS reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

For used buyers, that points to lower perceived ownership risk, but you should still verify maintenance history and overall condition before committing.

What should I look for when buying a used 2016 Lexus GS?

At 54.6% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report on any promising listing and pay close attention to accident records, title status, and service history. A pre-purchase inspection is especially valuable here, since condition can vary widely even among similarly priced cars. Focus on bodywork quality, panel alignment, and signs of incomplete repairs when you evaluate the car in person.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2016 Lexus GS?

This is a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 31.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 238 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 54.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $20,319, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2016 Lexus GS's resale value?

The current average of $21,107 sits slightly above last year's $21,072.

That small increase suggests the market has been stable, which is helpful if you're thinking about future resale. A steady price pattern can support predictable depreciation, especially if you buy at a fair price and keep the car in strong condition. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2016 Lexus GS or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2016 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2016 if:

• 31.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 54.6% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2016 is a sensible choice if you want a stable market, solid owner satisfaction, and enough listings to shop carefully. If you're especially price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby years and focus on whichever one gives you the best combination of condition, history, and asking price.
