Used 2016 Lexus GS for Sale near Colorado

How much does the 2016 Lexus GS cost?

Prices have held steady compared to this time last year, signaling a stable and predictable market for this model year.

There are 225 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2016 Lexus GS a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating suggests strong owner satisfaction for this model year. That kind of feedback can be a useful sign that the car is meeting expectations for everyday ownership. With 30.2% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have room to shop selectively.

Is the 2016 Lexus GS reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

For used buyers, that points to lower perceived ownership risk, but you should still focus on maintenance history and overall condition before committing.

What should I look for when buying a used 2016 Lexus GS?

At 51.6% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report on any promising listing and confirm whether past damage was cosmetic or structural. A pre-purchase inspection should be a priority, especially if the car has incomplete records or signs of uneven wear. Pay close attention to body panels, paint consistency, tire wear, and interior condition so you can separate a clean example from one that has been repaired.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2016 Lexus GS?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 30.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 225 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 51.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $20,513, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2016 Lexus GS's resale value?

The current average of $21,333 sits slightly below last year's $21,477.

That small decline suggests the market has been fairly stable, which can help future sellers because it points to predictable pricing rather than sharp depreciation swings. If you buy well and keep the car in strong condition, you may be better positioned to recover value later. Listings with cleaner histories and stronger condition typically attract more attention when it is time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2016 Lexus GS or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2016 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2016 if:

• 30.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 51.6% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line:

If you want a used Lexus GS with stable pricing and strong owner satisfaction, the 2016 is a sensible place to start. It makes the most sense if you find a clean, well-documented example at a competitive price. If you are especially price-sensitive, you may also want to compare nearby years to see whether a lower entry price outweighs the 2016’s current market balance.
