Used 2016 INFINITI QX80 for Sale near Colorado

How much does the 2016 INFINITI QX80 cost?

Prices have softened 7.92% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 463 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare.

Is the 2016 INFINITI QX80 a good car?

Yes — the 4.56/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Drivers consistently praise its power, smooth ride, and reliability, and they also highlight the spacious interior and generous feature content. That fits a full-size luxury SUV buyer who wants a roomy, well-equipped vehicle with strong capability and a traditional body-on-frame feel. With 33.5% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a meaningful chance to find a competitive price.

Is the 2016 INFINITI QX80 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.56/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

User feedback specifically calls out reliability, and the model is also described as well built and trouble-free in the broader ownership experience. That combination suggests you may be looking at a used SUV that can reward careful maintenance over time. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about the rating and more about finding a well-kept example with a clean service history.

What should I look for when buying a used 2016 INFINITI QX80?

At 57.7% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and confirm whether any reported damage was repaired properly. A pre-purchase inspection should focus on body condition, signs of prior collision work, and overall maintenance quality. Because this is a large luxury SUV, you’ll also want to pay close attention to how the cabin, electronics, and drivetrain have aged in real-world use.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2016 INFINITI QX80?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be patient and still find value if you shop carefully.

• Deal availability: 33.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 463 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.92% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 57.7% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $14,687, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2016 INFINITI QX80's resale value?

The current average of $14,687 sits slightly below last year's $15,950.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you as a buyer but may limit near-term upside if you plan to resell soon. If you buy at the right price and keep the vehicle in strong condition, you can reduce the impact of depreciation. Demand should remain steadier for well-kept examples because shoppers still respond to the QX80’s comfort, capability, and feature content.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.56/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2016 INFINITI QX80 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2016 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2016 if:

• 33.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 57.7% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.92% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.56/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2016 is the right path if you want a well-liked, feature-rich full-size luxury SUV and you can verify condition carefully. If your priority is stretching your budget, a nearby year may still make sense, but the 2016 stands out when you want a strong mix of owner satisfaction, current pricing, and available inventory.
