Why it stands out
The 2016 Dodge Durango makes a strong impression as a versatile three-row SUV that balances practicality and capability. With a standard 3.6-liter V6 engine delivering 290 horsepower, it stands out in terms of towing capacity, offering up to 6,200 pounds of towing power, which is impressive for a crossover. Additionally, the upgraded R/T trim introduces performance-oriented enhancements, including a sport suspension and a more powerful 5.7-liter V8 engine that produces 360 horsepower. This model year introduces appealing features such as the 8.4-inch Uconnect touchscreen with improved functionality (though lacking Apple CarPlay and Android Auto), a suite of safety options that can be added, and an array of stylish appearance packages. The features are GREAT !!! I am still trying to learn them all but I am having a hard time finding the power folding exterior windows. It should also have power folding rear seating. Great vehicle, the view from the driver seat is great if you are a short person.
