"They returned my call within an hour. Very responsive. I looked at the car the same evening and eventually bought it. The car was not ready when I showed at the agreed upon time though. They did not have the car cleaned. I had come back a few days later to pick the car up. They did not have an owners manual for the car and made no effort to get one. They did not fill the car with gas either. The original price was $2000 less and they did honor the original no price."

"If I could give them a zero I would. I drove 90 miles to look at an F150. The website showed the truck in great condition. The salesmen I talked to led me to believe the truck was in great condition. When I arrived I found the truck had been wrecked. They failed to put this info on there website, car fax or disclose it to me personally. I'm still looking for an F150, but I'm not looking at Serra Chevrolet. "

"My husband and I were at the one
in pelham for ever one day (not by
choice). They never ran our credit
but kept insisting I sign on a car
and honestly it was not the car i
even wanted. It was a used 2013
vehicle that had a stained up by
the gear shifter and smelt of
cigarette smoke. They never told
me what they would give me for
my tade in but even after I told
them what I could pay they kept
trying ro get me to sign on
something that would have a
monthly payment over 100.00
more a month. The people were
nice but not very helpful in getting
me what I wanted or the price I
needed, they were just trying ro
make a sale."
