Used 2016 Buick Enclave for Sale nearPhoenix, AZ

How much does the 2016 Buick Enclave cost?

Prices have softened 8.50% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 795 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare.

Is the 2016 Buick Enclave a good car?

Yes — the 2016 Buick Enclave earns a 4.8/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its comfort, spacious interior, smooth ride, and luxury touches like leather seats, and they also highlight its advanced safety features. For you, that makes it a strong fit if you want a family-focused three-row SUV with a more polished driving feel than many rivals. With 31.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still meaningful shopping opportunity in the market.

Is the 2016 Buick Enclave reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a vehicle that feels dependable in daily use, with comfort and smooth operation standing out as recurring strengths. That said, you should still pay attention to how it drives and whether any prior maintenance issues show up in the vehicle history, especially given the age of the model. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is buying a poorly maintained example rather than the model itself.

What should I look for when buying a used 2016 Buick Enclave?

At 58.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from those with accident records. Then prioritize a thorough pre-purchase inspection, with extra attention to how the transmission shifts and how the SUV behaves on a test drive. It also makes sense to focus on cabin condition and everyday usability, since comfort and family-friendly practicality are major reasons to buy this model.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2016 Buick Enclave?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 31.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 795 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.50% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 58.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $10,424, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2016 Buick Enclave's resale value?

The current average of $10,424 sits slightly below last year's $11,393.

That price movement suggests the market has softened, which can help you buy more affordably now but may also limit upside if you plan to sell soon. If you want to protect resale value, condition and documentation matter a lot, because well-kept examples tend to stand out in a market where prices have already eased. Strong ownership satisfaction can also help support demand when it is time to move on.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2016 Buick Enclave or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2016 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2016 if:

• 31.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 58.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.50% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2016 is a smart primary target if you want a well-liked, comfort-focused Enclave at a softer price point than last year. If you are especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby years and focus on the cleanest, best-documented example rather than chasing the lowest sticker price alone.
