Used 2015 Nissan Versa Note for Sale nearColumbus, OH

How much does the 2015 Nissan Versa Note cost?

Prices have softened 4.33% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 288 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2015 Nissan Versa Note a good car?

Yes — the 2015 Nissan Versa Note earns a 5/5 user rating and a 5.5/10 expert rating. The model is aimed at affordable practicality, with a focus on good gas mileage and enough space to handle groceries and passengers. For 2015, Nissan added SR and SL trims to broaden the car’s appeal with more sport pretensions and tech features, though that also pushed pricing higher. The model scores 6/10 across Look and feel, Form and function, and Cost effectiveness.

With 28.1% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2015 Nissan Versa Note reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Versa Note’s 1.6-liter engine is described as efficient, and the car’s low running-cost appeal is reinforced by its strong fuel economy. At the same time, the expert evaluation points to noisy acceleration, inconsistent steering response, and intrusive stability-control behavior, which are worth weighing if you plan to keep the car for a long time. The available convenience package also adds useful everyday equipment, including a rear-view camera and streaming Bluetooth.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that a cheap purchase price can be offset by a driving experience that may feel less refined than you expect.

What should I look for when buying a used 2015 Nissan Versa Note?

At 60.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle-history report and then prioritize a careful inspection of body panels, alignment, and any signs of prior repair. Pay close attention to how the car drives at low and highway speeds, since steering behavior and stability-control intervention are part of the expert concerns. If possible, compare multiple listings so you can focus on condition rather than just price.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base S trim is the most stripped-down version, while the SR adds 16-inch unique alloys, sporty front and rear fascias, chrome fog lamps, side skirts, a rear spoiler, unique headlamps, and integrated-signal mirrors. The SL adds more tech-oriented equipment, so the base trim is the one most likely to leave you wanting more features.
• Powertrain: All trims use a 109-hp, 1.6-liter engine. The base S gets a 5-speed manual, while every other trim uses a CVT and active grille shutters for better fuel economy.
• Safety package: Standard safety equipment includes front, side, and curtain-side airbags, antilock brakes, traction control, and stability control. The expert notes also point to the systems intervening more than expected in some driving situations.
• Infotainment: Without the Convenience Package, you get a CD player with USB and Aux inputs, steering-wheel-mounted audio and Bluetooth controls, remote keyless entry, and a trip computer. The Convenience Package adds a 5-inch NissanConnect screen, a rear-view camera, satellite radio, and streaming Bluetooth. The SL Tech Package increases the screen to 5.8 inches, adds touchscreen capability and navigation with voice control, and includes the Around View Monitor.
• Fuel efficiency: The Versa Note is described as achieving 31 mpg city/40 highway and an advertised 35 combined.

Which 2015 Nissan Versa Note trim should I buy?

The 2015 Nissan Versa Note is offered in 4 trim levels: S, SV, SR, and SL.

Here's the short version:

• S: This is the simplest choice, and it’s the only trim with the 5-speed manual. If you want the lowest-friction path to basic transportation, this is the one to consider, but it’s also the most bare-bones.
• SV: This is the sensible middle ground if you want the CVT and a more typical everyday setup without jumping into the pricier appearance or tech upgrades.
• SR: This trim adds the sportier exterior treatment, unique wheels, and the Convenience Package content in the example described, but the added price makes it harder to justify unless you specifically want the look and extra equipment.
• SL: This is the best fit if you want the most tech-focused version, especially the larger touchscreen, navigation, and Around View Monitor.

The safety content notes the usual airbags, antilock brakes, traction control, and stability control, but also flags that the car hasn’t kept up with competitors in this area.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2015 Nissan Versa Note?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so it makes sense to compare listings carefully and move quickly on the best-priced examples.

• Deal availability: 28.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 288 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.33% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 60.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $6,637, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2015 Nissan Versa Note's resale value?

The current average of $6,845 sits slightly below last year's $7,155.

That downward move suggests the market has already adjusted lower, which can help you as a buyer but may limit upside if you plan to resell soon. If you buy at the right price and keep the car in good condition, you can reduce the impact of further depreciation. The key is to avoid overpaying now, since the current trend shows the model has already softened.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2015 Nissan Versa Note safe?

The 2015 Nissan Versa Note earns four-star ratings overall from NHTSA, with a three-star performance in frontal crashes.

It earns a 5/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard safety equipment includes front, side, and curtain-side airbags, antilock brakes, traction control, and stability control. The expert review also notes that the stability and traction systems can intervene more than expected, even during relaxed driving. That, combined with the lower frontal-crash result, is the main caution for used shoppers who prioritize safety.

Should I buy a 2015 Nissan Versa Note or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2015 if:

• 28.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 60.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.33% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2015 adds SR and SL trims, giving you more sport and tech choices than the prior year.

Consider the 2014 if:

• Fully redesigned, with strong practicality and efficient operation.

The bottom line: If you want the broader trim lineup and are shopping the current market carefully, the 2015 is the better target. If your priority is value and you want a simpler, more practical setup, the 2014 is the more straightforward alternative. For price-sensitive buyers, the best move is to compare both years side by side and focus on condition, equipment, and asking price rather than model-year prestige.
