The advertised vehicle was not available. The dealer says that the vehicle that I am interested in is a lower trim model and about $4000.00 higher that what was listed in CarGurus. The dealer says that the info on "her website" shows the car as the lower model. This dealer clearly deals with the Bait and Switch mentality. I will never go back to this dealer and I would suggest that you stay away from them as well. I rated this as a one star only because I can't select anything lower.

I actually pressed on this desler by mistake...but a very nice lady called me twice trying to help with a car...they just didn't have a Murano which is what I was looking for

The vehicle needed several items fixed, before I would even consider buying it. I am not going to pay top dollar and then put another $1000 in it. Mike

Nathan was absolutely great to work with! Very informative, not pushy. We live an hour and half away and I had to reschedule twice! He was very understanding. The owner of the dealership even came to meet us. The finance department was also great! We got exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be going back to them in the future!
