How much does the 2015 Honda Accord cost?

Prices have softened 1.40% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 2,089 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for shoppers comparing prices and trims.

Is the 2015 Honda Accord a good car?

Yes — the 2015 Honda Accord earns a 4.75/5 user rating and an 8.17/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Performance at 10/10.

Drivers consistently praise its reliability, smooth driving experience, and fuel efficiency, and many also describe it as a great value for the price. It is framed as a strong fit for families and new drivers, with everyday competence that makes it easy to recommend. In practical terms, that lines up with an overview centered on a well-engineered midsize sedan that delivers dependable service and broad appeal.

With 29.9% of listings priced as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a competitive example if you shop carefully.

Is the 2015 Honda Accord reliable?

Owners rate it 4.75/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

User feedback repeatedly points to reliability, and the car is also described as dependable, well suited to long-term ownership, and a vehicle you can count on year after year. The expert evaluation reinforces that theme by calling it quite reliable and noting that it does not cost much to own and operate. It also highlights that the car holds its value over time, which supports the case for durable ownership.

One ownership caveat is that some versions have infotainment-related complaints, so used buyers should pay close attention to how the technology works in real-world use.

What should I look for when buying a used 2015 Honda Accord?

At 46.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before you commit, then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that checks for prior bodywork, uneven panel gaps, and any signs of poor repair quality. Because owner feedback mentions cleanliness issues and concerns about specific features, it is smart to focus on overall condition and how well the cabin equipment functions. If you are comparing multiple listings, favor the cleanest example with the most complete service history.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The LX is well equipped with dual-zone automatic climate control, an 8-inch display screen, Bluetooth, Internet radio access, text-messaging support, a rear-view camera, and 16-inch alloy wheels. The Sport adds a small power bump, paddle shifters, a firmer suspension, unique 18-inch wheels, and an 8-way power driver’s seat. The EX adds 17-inch wheels, a power sunroof, keyless entry with push-button start, LaneWatch blind-spot monitoring, and an upgraded sound system. The EX-L brings leather upholstery, heated front seats, a 4-way power passenger seat, and a touchscreen infotainment system with HondaLink, satellite radio, and Aha smartphone media connection. The Touring adds LED headlights, standard adaptive cruise control, and the V6 engine. The EX-L is the best-value trim if you want the richest mix of comfort and tech without jumping all the way to Touring.
• Powertrain: You can choose a 4-cylinder or V6 gasoline engine, or a gas-electric or plug-in gas-electric setup. The 2.4-liter 4-cylinder is described as smooth, refined, and sprightly, while the V6 is the stronger choice for quicker acceleration. The CVT helps deliver power smoothly, and the Accord Hybrid is noted for 50-mpg city fuel economy.
• Safety package: The Accord includes a rear-view camera on every trim. LaneWatch blind-spot monitoring, lane-departure warning, forward-collision warning, and Automatic Collision Notification are tied to higher trims or specific equipment, and the Sport and LX miss out on some of those features. The Touring adds adaptive cruise control, while the EX-L can be upgraded with forward-collision and lane-departure warning systems.
• Infotainment: The standard setup uses an 8-inch display screen with Bluetooth, USB, and an auxiliary input jack. Satellite radio, HondaLink services with Aha connectivity, navigation, and adaptive cruise control require stepping up to higher trims. Honda’s packaging means you often have to move to the next trim to get a specific feature.
• Fuel efficiency: The 4-cylinder test vehicle is described as returning around 26 mpg in the city and 35 mpg on the highway, and the expert averaged 26.8 mpg in city-heavy driving. The Accord Hybrid is cited with a 50-mpg city rating.

Which 2015 Honda Accord trim should I buy?

The 2015 Honda Accord is offered in 5 trim levels: LX, Sport, EX, EX-L, Touring.

Here's the short version:

• LX: This is the value play if you want the core Accord experience with a rear-view camera, dual-zone climate control, and an 8-inch display without paying for extras you may not use.
• Sport: Choose this if you want a more engaging drive, since it adds paddle shifters, a firmer suspension, and unique wheels, but it is light on extra tech.
• EX: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it adds useful convenience and safety upgrades like keyless entry, push-button start, LaneWatch, and a sunroof.
• EX-L: This is the sweet spot if you want a more upscale cabin, heated leather seats, and the richer infotainment setup with HondaLink and satellite radio.
• Touring: Pick this only if you want the top equipment list, including the V6, LED headlights, navigation, and adaptive cruise control.

The safety-package features are not evenly spread across the lineup, so if driver-assistance tech matters to you, verify the exact trim and equipment before you buy.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2015 Honda Accord?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on the right car.

• Deal availability: 29.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 2,089 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.40% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 46.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $12,730, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2015 Honda Accord's resale value?

The current average of $13,217 sits slightly below last year's $13,405.

That modest decline suggests the market has softened a bit, which can help you as a buyer today but may slightly temper near-term resale upside if you plan to sell soon. Even so, the drop is not dramatic, so the Accord still appears to be holding value reasonably well for a mainstream midsize sedan. Strong demand for well-kept examples should continue to support prices for cleaner, better-equipped listings.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.75/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2015 Honda Accord safe?

The 2015 Honda Accord earns a five-star overall rating from NHTSA.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Honda’s standard safety equipment includes a rear-view camera on every trim. Higher trims can add LaneWatch blind-spot monitoring, lane-departure warning, forward-collision warning, and adaptive cruise control, but some of those features are not available on the LX or Sport. The expert review also notes that Honda’s packaging strategy limits access to certain active-safety features unless you move up the trim ladder.

Should I buy a 2015 Honda Accord or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2015 if:

• 29.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 46.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.40% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.75/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The expert review says it excels at everything it is asked to do.

Consider the 2014 if:

• At $11,860, the 2014 costs less than the current year's $13,217 average.
• It emphasizes value, polish, and broad owner praise.

Consider the 2016 if:

• At $14,417, the 2016 costs more than the current year's $13,217 average.
• It brings improvements that make the sedan better in several ways.

The bottom line: The 2015 is the right pick if you want a well-rounded Accord with strong owner satisfaction and a softer market price than the 2016. If your priority is spending less, the 2014 is the better budget path; if you want a newer car and can pay more, the 2016 is the upgrade route.
