Salesmen are nice and try. Higher ups will not deal. Wouldn’t even acknowledge cargurus price. Even said they didn’t even know how the price and add got online. Price in person is way higher than listed online.

The sales staff provided prompt responses to my requests. The finance staff was also fairly responsive. I'm disappointed that the dealership installs items on the vehicles that they won't remove so that they can improve sales margins. Of course, I don't think they do this on all vehicles, but I know the one I am considering does. Overall, I have been satisfied with the experience and interaction with the staff.

I want to commend Heron Jaguar for true customer service. From the sales to financing and then the response from the owner. They all were very helpful, solved issues, and in my opinion did more than I could of expected just to make sure our used F-type was detailed to new. Although our car is 5 years old everyone thinks its brand new because of the way it was detailed. Thank-You Heron Jaguar for reminding me what good customer service is. You are appreciated.

Staff was very helpful. We were able to do the majority of the paperwork from home. Our salesman even drove an hour out of his way to deliver the vehicle to us (we didn't ask for this and I'm sure it's not an everyday practice for the dealership but we are so grateful). Our experience with Caruso Ford was great. Al was very responsive and call right away then went out of his way to get info and pictures of the car before we actually drove to the dealership. The test drive and purchase processes were easy and their safety protocol was followed. Thanks to Al, David, their Sales Manager, and the staff.

Ad says they offer contactless test drive but when I contacted them they said they are not offering contactless services and would need to come to the dealer for a test drive.

Initial salesperson was fine. Then both my wife and I starting getting calls from other salesperson and some claiming to be a manager. I was pre-approved for a loan and advised them to stop contacting me because I was no longer interested.

This dealership lists a vehicle at a low price to get you to go to the dealership or contact them about a vehicle. They they add thousands in fees above taxes, tags and title. Three was a $1849 "conditioning fee." I have never heard of such a fee. Very shady! Even a great vehicle conditioning/detail is only a few hundred dollars. Buyers beware!

Great, I purchased a 2017 Ford Super Duty. Their price was the actual price w/o tax, not like a lot of dealers. Some dealers seem to add at least $5000.00 onto the price they have listed. The guys at ETAO were very helpful and very nice to work with. They got back to me regarding prices in a timely manner that I appreciated. I would (so far, anyway) recommend them!

The dealer informed me that the vehicle had been sold. The response from the dealer was prompt.

Overall good experience; a tad slow on responding. A good bit of back and forth. Ended up not buying.

I was not very happy with this dealership. I told the salesman what my budget was and felt what this vehicle was worth based on my research. After several emails, he sent an email which ended up being a teaser and had my hopes we would make a deal. Then after further conversations, the sales manager stated the online price had been increased which was not true and in fact lowered the price a few hundred dollars a few days later.

Over all good. Was suppose to contact me back but never did.

Looked at a different car and was going to purchase it but at the end of signing purchase documents, after being told they were unaware of any damage to the vehicle, then for first time I was informed I had to sign a document acknowledging that the car had frame damage. I refused, took my check back and left. I’d never do business with them

They were fair in every aspect with helping me complete my purchase and delivery since I'm out of state and to purchase a vehicle unsight and unseen they were very accurate in everything they said about the vehicle from the carfax and all . Awesome dealer to buy a car from. After searching for an entire week in a 40 mile radius for the perfect truck and the perfect salesman I finally found the combination of both. Would definitely come back and buy again. Highly recommended. Anyone shopping for a vehicle should at least give them a chance to get you a deal. Fast and good service

Truck was sold to me with a lot of defects. Still waiting on the service department to finish up. They have had my truck for 6 out of 7 days since purchase.
