We were pleasantly surprised how smoothly and quickly the process went at Momentum Chevy in San Jose. Right from the get-go they answered our inquiry via email about the "used" SUV, and their listing described the vehicle perfectly. When we arrived to look at the car it was right in front of the dealership and ready to look at/test drive. The SUV was in perfect condition, very clean! Our salesman was an absolute dream to work with! He was very polite, answered our questions and was very upbeat! No hard core push to buy the SUV - which was so nice, we do not like a pushy salesman!. We decided to purchase the SUV so then we dealt with the Sales Manager who was again very personable and made the negotiation process extremely easy. We got the right price on the car and feel we got a great deal. The next step was the Finance Office....ugh! We did have our financing worked out before we went but even so you can still spend hours in the Finance Office. We actually were in and out of the Finance Office so quickly - it's still hard to believe! Seriously, it was the quickest financing time ever spent! The only waiting around we had to do was waiting on the specific people we needed to talk with as it was Memorial Day weekend and they were very busy! Everyone we came in contact with at Momentum Chevy were very nice! We love our new Chevy Tahoe and had a Great experience at Momentum.
