Price was pretty fair, not a lot of negotiating took place. I am an out of state customer and was financed through a bank with a rather high interest rate considering I have excellent credit. I already have a refinance in the works at a 2% lower rate. Key fob was broken and there was only one. Had to barter to get a 2nd key fob but I haven't received it yet. Dealership removed the advertisements from the vehicle at my request and put on the front license plate bracket. Figured out after I got home there wasn't a key for the locking lug nuts and I emailed the salesman to ask if they had it. Received a response that if it wasn't in the car, that they didn't have it. The salesman was polite but he didn't take any time to try to describe the vehicle's features or ask if I knew what features the car had. I knew what car I wanted prior to arriving as I had a specific make, model and trim in mind. I didn't need much guidance but someone else may need better assistance. Overall, the dealership seems gpod.It was very slow and laid back when I was there. The building appeared to be good repair, restroom facilities were clean and there was a good amount of new and used inventory on hand."
