Dealer did contact me, and was very nice. Answered all my questions. Giving them a 3 due to the car not actually being ready to sell. This vehicle is still not ready for sale after 3 weeks. Seems like that should not be allowed ,but this is how they try to get you into another car they have on their lot. Other than that they were very helpful, and nice.

Was contacted, gave the information but they never called back. I asked for a sales manager was given to Neil. Was told car was in shop being looked at. Was called on a Saturday saying someone else was now looking at the car. Was told I'd get a call back on Monday. NEVER HAPPENED.

Took way too long to reply to me for a car. I thought the car was sold already but i called them just to make sure and they said the car was still there. Once I was there it was quick, i test drove the car and then a credit union accepted me in a day or two. Then it took over a week just to talk to someone about where my car was. After a week I was still waiting. Never took this long for me to get a car before.

I test drove the Ford Bronco Sport Badlands 2 weeks ago. It was overpriced, and the dealer would not negotiate. That car sold for $34,000 a year ago. Also, when they appraised my Audi they were quick to point out a few blemishes. This dealer was not pleasant to deal with.

Good thing I felt this was a good deal! Salesman was not really engaged and made it clear that they had lowered the price all they could. Was somewhat rude about it,!lacked knowledge about the car, had very little gas in it for the test drive and had to be reminded it needed gas to even drive off the lot. Needless to say…,I was not impressed.
