It rides really smooth and quiet. The seats are really comfortable. So far, Im getting 40 mpg average. I wish it had a backup camera and remote start, but thats not a big deal. Definitely worth the money, the gas savings alone will be huge over time.

How much does the 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid cost?
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Current Average Price | $8,041 |
| Year-Round Low | $8,041 |
| Year-Round High | $9,025 |
| Average Price a Year Ago | $8,949 |
| Change vs. Last Year | −10.15% |
Prices have softened 10.15% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.
There are 152 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.
Is the 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid a good car?
Yes — owners rate it 5/5, which points to very strong overall satisfaction. In the review summary, owners repeatedly praise the great mileage, spaciousness, and extensive technology features. They also call out the smooth ride and comfort as major strengths. With 28.9% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a meaningful chance to find a competitively priced example.
Is the 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid reliable?
Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.
The review summary also points to a dependable ownership experience, with owners emphasizing the car’s trouble-free feel, strong mileage, and comfort over time. For used buyers, that kind of feedback suggests lower day-to-day ownership risk if you choose a well-maintained example.
What should I look for when buying a used 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid?
At 55.3% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
You should start with a vehicle history report and confirm whether any reported damage was repaired properly. Then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection so you can check for signs of poor repair work, uneven wear, or hidden condition issues. Focus especially on overall maintenance history, since a clean-looking listing can still have underlying problems.
Is now a good time to buy a used 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid?
This is a moderate buyer's market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.
- Deal availability: 28.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Inventory: There are 152 listings available.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 10.15% compared with last year.
- Clean inventory: 55.3% of listings are accident-free.
If you find a listing below $8,041, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.
What is the 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid's resale value?
The current average of $8,041 sits slightly below last year's $8,949.
That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favorable entry point, but it also means future resale gains may be limited if the market stays soft. If you plan to sell later, condition and maintenance history will matter more because buyers tend to reward cleaner, better-documented examples. A well-kept car should hold up better than one with accident history or visible wear.
Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.
Should I buy a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid or consider a different year?
If you're weighing the 2014 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:
Choose the 2014 if:
- 28.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- At 55.3% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 10.15% compared with last year.
- Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
The bottom line:
If you want a used Fusion Hybrid with strong owner satisfaction and a softer price than a year ago, the 2014 is a sensible place to start. You should focus on condition, history, and maintenance records first, then compare it against nearby years if you want a cleaner example or a different price point. If you're especially price-sensitive, this year can make sense when you find one near the low end of the range and with a clean history.
