Car is too new to judge reliability but happy with it overall thus far. At this price point you would think seat memory would be standard but not. I take small features like that for granted since I have been away from domestics for a while. My biggest push for going to Ford was the fact that they manages their way through with out government dollars! No more GM's or Dodges for me! Way to go FORD, :)
