The owner feedback also describes it as durable and reliable, with comments that emphasize strong power and performance alongside everyday confidence. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about the overall reputation and more about making sure the specific car you choose has been cared for consistently.

What should I look for when buying a used 2014 Audi A6?

At 59% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from cars with prior damage or repeated claims. After that, prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on body condition, signs of repair quality, and whether the car’s premium features work as expected. Because this model is a luxury sedan, you’ll want to pay close attention to overall condition rather than just mileage or price.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2014 Audi A6?

This is a moderate buyer’s market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 31.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.

If you find a listing below $10,187, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2014 Audi A6's resale value?

The current average of $10,661 sits slightly below last year's $11,506.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For a future seller, it also means resale value may depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the car has been maintained. If you buy a clean example at the right price, you may have a better chance of limiting depreciation pressure later.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.
