How much does the 2021 Chevrolet Colorado cost?

There are 3,158 listings available, which suggests you have a healthy amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2021 Chevrolet Colorado a good car?

Yes — the 2021 Chevrolet Colorado earns a 4.6/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Drivers most often praise its value, performance, and features, and many also call out the ride quality and decent gas mileage. That makes it a sensible fit if you want a midsize pickup that can handle both everyday driving and more utility-focused use, especially in the Z71 and ZR2 trims. With 31.8% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have room to shop selectively.

Is the 2021 Chevrolet Colorado reliable?

Owners rate it 4.6/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Drivers describe it as dependable in the areas that matter most to them, especially when it comes to value, performance, and features. The same feedback also points to a truck that many owners feel good about keeping over time, even if some mention ride and cabin-comfort tradeoffs. For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is more about finding a well-kept example than avoiding the model outright.

What should I look for when buying a used 2021 Chevrolet Colorado?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 75.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should start with a history report to confirm accident status, title status, and service records before you commit. After that, prioritize a thorough inspection of the transmission behavior, ride quality, and cabin condition, since those are the areas buyers most often notice. If you’re comparing multiple trucks, focus on overall condition and maintenance history rather than mileage alone.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2021 Chevrolet Colorado?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully without feeling rushed.

• Deal availability: 31.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,158 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.21% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $25,067, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2021 Chevrolet Colorado's resale value?

The current average of $25,208 sits slightly below last year's $26,876.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favorable entry point, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays steady. If you plan to sell later, condition and trim choice will matter a lot, especially because buyers tend to pay more attention to well-equipped versions. Keeping maintenance records and avoiding cosmetic wear should help you protect value.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.6/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2021 Chevrolet Colorado or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 31.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 75.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.21% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2021 is a strong choice if you want a well-liked Colorado with solid market availability and a softer price than last year. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you may also want to compare nearby model years to see whether a lower asking price or better equipment mix gives you more value for your budget.
